It all begins with our hands-on training program. You receive real world experience from day one. No sitting behind a desk like a classroom. This is rolling your sleeves up and digging in from the get-go. Once you master the training, you’ll join the IT, Engineering or Accounting & Finance team. A senior team member mentor is assigned to you. They give you tips, advice, and career coaching as you need it. Their goal is to see you succeed.
We have quadrupled our revenue is just 4 short years. In fact, we were named one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies in the U.S.* That means more room for you to move up. You don’t have to wait years for a spot to open up. New opportunities are commonplace at BCT.

Our team-building activities and events are the best in town. Here are a few that we have every year:
Playing a couple innings of baseball with special needs children as their “baseball buddies”
Competing in a kickball tournament that helps benefit Focus: HOPE’s efforts in feeding families in Metro Detroit
Supporting the chefs and staff of the Veteran’s Kitchen near downtown Detroit by sorting food shipments, cleaning equipment, and greeting guests
Mentoring the MechWarriors’ Business sub-team and providing guidance for their fundraising and marketing efforts
Purchasing and assembling “comfort bags” for donation to the patients of the VA Veterans Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI
When you join Blue Chip Talent, we don’t have you perform brain surgery on the first day. There’s a training and growth path where you’ll learn what we do and how to do it well.
We’re eager to welcome YOU into the Blue Chip family, so take the next step and send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
