Changing Lives Daily

It’s more than just finding you a job.

With our Employee 4 Life (E4L) philosophy, we support job seekers with both their career path and their personal well-being in the office and at home. Our mission is to provide the next best step towards your career goals.

It’s more than just finding candidates.

It is said that finding the right talent keeps managers up at night. Working with us gives you peace in not only finding the right candidates, but knowing that they will be taken care of right from the start, keeping retention high and your projects on pace.

It’s more than just a company.

We build strong, ongoing relationships with job seekers, employers, and the community. Our community outreach program includes meeting local needs as well as creating awareness for important causes including supporting women in business, clothing the homeless, giving a military family a merry holiday, mentoring local high school robotic teams, and many other causes.

We do our part.

We have created an environment for women to thrive. Our “Woman Empowered” Internship offers young women an opportunity to participate in the growth of the company while gaining real-world business experience.

We are an equal advancement employer. To us that means equal compensation, equal expectation, and equal opportunities to succeed.

Meet Madison W., a former Woman Empowered Intern, current BCT Corporate Recruiter, and newly-started entrepreneur. Madison is a prime example of how we support women and help them achieve their goals.

Community

At Blue Chip Talent, we understand the importance of supporting our local community because when we grow together, we’re all set up for even greater success.

Over the years, we’ve aligned with various organizations that promote positive and impactful changes in our Metro Detroit community:
